Our fee is based on a % reduced sliding scale of the value of the estimate.
On simple projects of one or two drawings its easy to anticpate the amount of time that it will take.
But with large complex projects with lots of information the breadth and depth of the estimating resource needed cannot be fully appreciated until we are well underway.
Our fee structure means that as the estimate value increases the fee reduces as a percentage of the value of the estimate. This is fair approach to both companies ensuring you get value for money.
